Vernacular Type is a publication composed of two essays, Display Type by Alex W. White and Type is Everywhere by Erik Spiekermann and E.M. Ginger, with the focus on typographic texture, harmony, pacing of the pages and the relationship between the primary text and secondary text. Based on the content of each essay, images were chosen from various publication and products.
